Coalition Forces in Afghanistan Capture 3 Militants

WASHINGTON, Aug. 10, 2008 - Coalition forces in Afghanistan captured three suspected militants yesterday during an operation designed to disrupt terrorist networks in Paktika province, military officials said.

As part of the operation, coalition troops searched compounds in Urgun district targeting a militant responsible for rocket attacks against coalition forces.
