Coalition Targets al Qaeda Networks Aiding Foreign Terrorists

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2007 - Coalition forces conducted two operations today targeting facets of the al Qaeda network that conduct attacks and facilitate the movement of foreign terrorists in northwestern Iraq.
