Bush: U.S. Troops Counting on Congress

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush shrugged off congressional debate on a nonbinding resolution opposing his Iraq policy on Wednesday but said U.S. troops are counting on lawmakers to provide them the funds they need to win.
