Cheney Makes Secret Afghan Trip

KABUL, Afghanistan - U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney talked about future military operations with senior American military leaders at the largest U.S. military base in Afghanistan on Monday, though a planned meeting with President Hamid Karzai was canceled because of bad weather.
