Dems Try to Limit Bush's Authority

Associated Press | February 23, 2007
WASHINGTON - Four years ago, Congress passed legislation authorizing President Bush to go to war in Iraq. Now Senate Democrats want to take it back.

As you can see from this article, Democrats in Congress have chosen defeat in the war against Islamic Fascists. They are trying to force our nation to follow the same path that led to our defeat in the Vietnam War. This is a strategy of the Congress of the United States to micro-manages our war fighting. Those of us who Choose Victory know that the best way to win is to allow the professionals in the military to do their jobs without interference from petty political partisans. War should not be used as a political football for politicians to irresponsibly toss around. I pray the Democrats will not be successful because their victory in micro-managing the war will only lead to needless American casualties and future attacks on our homeland.
